You can have your performance in this course evaluated in one of these two ways:
Letter grades:
- A: All studies and projects completed and approved by your instructor.
- B: All studies and projects completed and approved by your instructor except for one of the writing projects.
- C: All studies and projects completed and approved by your instructor, except for both of the writing projects.
- D: All studies and projects completed and approved by your instructor, except for the technical-style unit and both of the writing projects.
- F: Anything less than the above.
- Study grammar, usage, punctuation, and style units as indicated by your initial diagnostic results and by the writing you do in this course.
- Write two practice documents.
- Practice revising documents—your own and other—for the kinds of problems you study in this course.

Your instructor can write a document confirming which units you completed and evaluating any original project creation and writing you did in the course. In addition to sending you this document, your instuctor can send this document to your current or prospective employers.
