• Paint Shop Pro Tips & Tricks. From Mardi Wetmore's Web Graphics on a Budget.
• Introduction to Web Design with Adobe Photoshop. Provided by Selena Sol and Kenji Tachibana at the Web Developer's Virtual Library. Although this tutorial is aimed at web pages, you get some good introduction to Photoshop, irrespective of the delivery medium.
